本文综述了国内外已发表的有关乳酸菌(LAB)的一些资料,总结了乳酸菌在吸收营养、防治疾病、增强宿主免疫反应等方面的功能,阐述了其保健功能的作用机制,并对未来乳酸菌的研究进展进行了简要分析。
In this article,some published datas about lactic acid bacteria(LAB) in public were reviewed,the function of LAB,such as absorption of nutrients,prevention and therapy of disease and enhancement of the host's immune response was summarized,the mechanisms of healthy function were illustrated,and the research development on LAB in the future was also briefly analyzed.
