A Golomb rectangle is an N × M array of ones and zeros such that the differences between the positions of every pair of ones in the rectangle, considered as vector, are distinct. Let G(N, M) be the maximum number of ones that can be present in an N × M Golomb rectangle. By using some computational techniques, many new exact values and some lower bounds for G(N, M) are found.
