Somehow I associate this moment, this writing, with tango.I have the task of reporting that John William Daly has passed away at the young age of 74 from a destabilizing pancreatic cancer. An Emeritus Scientist at NIH, John has left his family and his many friends around the world with a broken heart. His departure is an irreplaceable loss for science too.
