摘要本文报道了中国中部sinicus Rhinolophus sinicus的线粒体全基因组序列，并对其进行了注释，并展示了其与其他已发表的同源蝙蝠物种线粒体基因组的系统发育关系和有丝分裂基因组变异。研究结果表明，中国中部和东部地区的两种红红壤有丝分裂基因组存在较高的差异，且差异程度与种间差异水平相似。
Abstract We present a complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Rhinolophus sinicus sinicus from Central China and provide its annotation, as well as showed the phylogenetic relationship and mitogenomic variation with other published mitochondrial genomes of congeneric bat species. Our results revealed a relatively high mitogenomic variation between two R. s. sinucus from Central and East China, which is similar to interspecific divergence level.
