In the original article it was stated that the conductivity ratio k r= 622 (Line 5 of the last paragraph in the right column on page 94 and Line 4 of the second paragraph in the right column on page 102). Correspondingly it was stated that r k= 0.0016, where r k is the inverse of k r (Line 4 of the second paragraph in the right column on page 102). Owing to a coding error the results presented in the paper are for k r= 1.0 (and correspondingly for r k= 1.0), rather than for k r= 622. Hence,“k r= 622” in Line 5 of the last paragraph in the right column on page 94 and in Line 4 of the second paragraph in the right column on page 102 must be replaced by “k r= 1.0”, and correspondingly “r k= 0.0016” in Line 4 of the second paragraph in the right column on page 102 must be replaced by “r k= 1.0”.
