• If unexplained hypoglycemia is frequent, evaluation for unrecognized celiac and Addison's disease should be considered (E).• Currently available technologies like CGM, automated insulin suspensions (suspend on low, suspend before low) have reduced the duration of hypoglycemia (A). 5–8 Newer technologies (artificial pancreas systems) improve glucose control and reduce hypoglycemia in outpatient settings compared to conventional pump therapy (A). 9
