在高炉中,由于不同操作的变化频率不同,气、液、固三种物料的反应时间不同,使得炼铁过程存在多时间尺度特征。然而,对这一特性的重视不够,以往对高炉状态的分析大多是在固定的时间尺度下进行的。为此,本文基于多时间尺度特征,对影响高炉一氧化碳利用率的因素进行了分析。首先,从不同的时间尺度分析了影响一氧化碳利用率的因素。其次,在短时间尺度下,利用支持向量机(SVM)算法找到影响渗透率指数、总压差和顶温的个体时间尺度。在长时间尺度下,找到了影响配料的时间尺度。最后通过高炉现场数据验证了各模型的有效性。
In the blast furnace, due to the different changing frequency of different operations, and the different reaction time of gas, liquid and solid materials, there exists multi-timescale characteristics in the iron-making process. However, not enough attention has been paid to this characteristic, most of the analyses on the blast furnace state before are under a fixed time scale. So, this paper makes a analysis of influencing factors on carbon monoxide utilization rate of blast furnace based on multi-timescale characteristics. First, the factors that affect the carbon monoxide utilization rate are analyzed from different time scales. Next, in the short time scale, the individual influencing time scale of the permeability index, total pressure difference and top temperature is found by the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. And in the long time scale, the influencing time scale of burdening is found. Finally the validity of each model is verified by the field data of the blast furnace.
