目的综述中药夏枯草化学成分和生物活性的研究进展。方法根据这些化合物的化学结构类型，分别对其成分进行综述，并对其主要生物活性进行综述。结果夏枯草含有多种化学成分，主要为三萜类、甾体类、黄酮类、香豆素类等，具有降血脂的生物活性。结论该综述为夏枯草的研究开发提供参考。
Objective To review the study on chemical constituents and biological activities of the traditional Chinese medicine "Prunella vulgaris L."Methods Based on the chemical constructive types of these compounds,the constituents were reviewed respectively.Also the main biological activities were reviewed.Results The Prunella vulgaris L.contains many kinds of chemical constituents,primarily including triterpenoids,steroids,flavonoids,coumarins,etc.It has the biological activities of lowering the blood pressure,anti-bacteria,anti-virus,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,etc.Conclusion This review provides a reference to the research and development of Prunella vulgaris L.
