In this issue ofStructure, Nojima et al. (2021) report the structure of the PGE2–EP4–Gscomplex by cryo-electron microscopy. This work shows unique modes of ligand binding, transduction mechanism, and G protein coupling of EP4, and serves as a starting point for development of more selective drugs.
