In light of the ongoing transformation from a traditional industrial society to a post-industrial society as a service society, it is unquestionably required to improve efficiency and quality of services. Especially, we focus on physical and adaptive intelligent services (PAI services) like nursing and caregiving where efficiency and quality are critical for an aging society. In these PAI services, several people have to collaborate to provide services, and a collaboration support system would be necessary. This paper proposes an information supervisory control model for a collaboration support system; furthermore, we have developed a smart voice messaging system based on this model. This model has a hypothesis that appropriate information sharing based on awareness of clients situation and task processes can be utilized and effective for improving efficiency and quality of services. We then formulate several hypotheses including the above one to be examined through field tests, virtual field tests, and simulation from the perspective of information supervisory control, and show some preliminary experimental results.
