Regional spatial planning is done for anticipate increasing and developping social-economic activity. Generally, spatial planning tend to spatial value and economic value, on the other hand environmental value is ignored. For example : in saptial planning is no space for conservation area for recharge area. For determine (mapping) suitability a zone for recharge area need requirements or a model for guidelines to determine recharge area. Generally requirements or parameter are used for mapping recharge area are material permeability, rain intensity, soil, slope and depth of groundwater surface.
