成功加入WTO以来，中国国际化进程加快，同时，中国人力资源市场对新型国际化人才的需求也急剧上升。以培养一流国际化人才为使命的宁波诺丁汉大学在很大程度上可以满足这一需求。其独特的以学生为中心的教学理念和注重培养学生自学研究能力和批判性思维能力的新型教学组织，就像为学校注入了新鲜血液。本文主要分析了宁波诺丁汉大学的教学模式,以期对加入WTO与我国高等教育创新的关系进行思考。
Since the successful accession to the WTO,China has accelerated its process of internationalization and meanwhile,the demand of China's human resource market for the new-type internationalized talents has risen sharply as well.The University of Nottingham,Ningbo,China,whose mission is to cultivate the first-class international talents,to much extent,can meet the demands.Its unique student-centered teaching concept and the new teaching organization focusing on fostering students' self-learning and research ability and critic thinking ability are just like the fresh blood injected into the Chinese Higher Education System.This paper mainly analyses the teaching mode of the University of Nottingham,Ningbo,China,in order to give some reflection on the relationship between the WTO and the innovation in the higher education in our country.
