Spectral Reflectance Characteristic and Freshness of Chicken Egg

为了寻找鸡蛋的光谱反射率特性与新鲜度的关系，选取不同新鲜度的白壳蛋和褐壳蛋，分别用光谱仪采集了蛋壳蛋和液体全蛋的光谱反射率曲线。然后对相应的鸡蛋新鲜度（哈夫单位）进行校核，分析不同鸡蛋的光谱反射率特性，检测对蛋壳颜色和新鲜度敏感的波的光谱带和特征波长。结果表明，壳蛋的光谱反射率与其蛋壳颜色有关，不同蛋壳颜色的壳蛋光谱反射率差异明显；液体全蛋的光谱反射率与其新鲜度有关，不同新鲜度的液体全蛋光谱反射率差异明显；在相对新鲜的日子里，壳蛋的光谱反射率最大。
In order to look for the relationship between spectral reflectance characteristic and freshness of chicken egg,white-shell and brownshell eggs with different freshness were chosen,and spectral reflectance curve of shell eggs and liquid whole eggs were collected respectively by spectrograph.Then the corresponding egg freshness(Haugh units) was checked,the spectral reflectance characteristics of different eggs were analysed,and the spectrum band and characteristic wavelength of waves sensitive to egg shell color,and freshness were detected.The findings indicate that spectral reflectance of shell eggs is relevant to its shell color,spectral reflectance difference of shell egg with different shell color is obvious;spectral reflectance of liquid whole egg is relevant to its freshness,and spectral reflectance difference of liquid whole egg with different freshness is obvious;spectral reflectance of shell egg is maximal in comparatively fresh days.
