The article presents case study of a 37-year-old woman, who was admitted to hospital because of fever. It has been informed that computed tomography (CT) scans showed massive hepatomegaly and osteolytic lesions in the lumbar vertebra and sacrum and examination of bone marrow revealed normocellular marrow with 0.8% abnormal large lymphoid cells.
