Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma (MDA) is a rare tumour and accounts for 1–3% of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma. 1 We present a case in which a patient with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features strongly suggestive of MDA was subsequently found to have benign endocervical cystic glandular change.
