本文讨论了在政府干预措施下的闭环供应链模型，建立了无政府干预下的自主决策模型、有政府干预下的自主决策模型和有政府干预下的合作决策模型，并给出了相应的最优解。通过对模型的分析，并结合数值算例分析，给出了相应的最优解。结果表明，政府干预下的合作决策模式是一种理想的闭环供应链管理模式，并给出了实现路径，但理想的闭环供应链管理模式是通过有效的协调机制和激励机制的合力来实现的。
Under the measure of government intervening,the closed-loop supply chain models is discussed in this paper.The self-governed decision model without government intervention,the self-governed decision model under government intervention,and the cooperative decision model under government intervention is built in this paper,and the corresponding optimum solution is given.Through the analysis of the models,and combined with numeral example analysis,we can show the conclusion that the cooperative decision model under government intervention is the perfect closed-loop supply chain management mode.And the actualized path is given.But the perfect closed-loop supply chain management mode is actualized by the composition of forces between the effectual coordination mechanism with the inspiring mechanism.
