Structure of cyclothiazomycin, a novel renin inhibitor isolated from cultured broth of Streptomyces sp.NR0516, was determined to be a unique polythiazole-containing peptide related to thiostrepton and noshiheptide. Its structure including stereochemistry was established based on NOESY experiments.
