当前位置最近，由于许多新公司的成立，对企业的评估进行得很活跃。但是，唯一的定量评价，如利用资产负债表和损益表数据等方法，通常使用。本研究在资产负债表等定量评价方法的基础上，提出了一种新的定性评价方法。特别是企业高管及其所处环境的评价受到关注，并通过对企业高管相关资料的调查分析，检验了这种新的定性评价的可能性。本文报道了基于感性观点的企业管理调查和分析结果，特别是从企业管理者的角度。最后，本文通过这些验证表明，我们的建议是一个更有用的方法来评估公司和企业高管相比，传统的定量之一。
: Recently, the evaluation of the business enterprise is performed briskly because a lot of new companies have established. But, the only quantitative evaluation, such as the method of using balance sheet and the statement data of profits and losses, etc., is generally used. In this research, a qualitative new evaluation method was proposed in addition to the quantitative evaluation method such as Balance Sheets. Especially, the business executives and their environment are paid attention for the evaluation, and the possibility of this new qualitative evaluation is examined by investigating and analyzing these business executives’ related materials. This paper reports the investigation and the analytical results based on the viewpoint of Kansei , concerning the business management, especially from the viewpoint of business executives. Finally, this paper shows that our proposal is a more useful method for evaluation of corporate and the business executives compared with a conventional quantitative one through these verifications.
