本文对东方叶蝉属（Kunasia Distant）及其模式种K. nivosa Distant进行了重新描述。报道了马来西亚Kunasia carina sp. 11 .一新种，并将其归入剑齿苋科。
In the present paper re descriptions are provided for the Oriental leafhopper genus Kunasia Distant and its type species, K. nivosa Distant. A new species, Kunasia carina sp. nov. from Malaysia is described and the genus is placed in Stegelytrinae, new placement.
