In a previous publication, we reported 1 very briefly the EPR of vitamin B12r, a cobalt (II) cobalamin. Since then we have accumulated data for comparison with the EPR spectra of vitamin B12-dependent enzymes. Because our results may be of use to other workers studying vitamin B12-dependent enzymatic reactions, we wish to report them at this stage, especially as they differ from previously published results 2.
