Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive disease of motor nerves. The symptom is total paralysis. The authors have been developing a Communication Aids (CA). The most important part of the CA is the input device (sensor). In this paper, the authors propose the algorithm with which the sensor can detect the character on a moving syllabary the eye is fo cusing on, synchronized with the movement of the center of the pupil detected by neural networks. It is possible for the input device to detect the character exactly.
