This paper analysed kinetics curve of superoxide anion radical reacting with hydroxylamine.Optimum reaction medium,reaction parameters and hydroxylamine concentration were confirmed.The result indicated that chemical reagent chloroform instead of ethyl ether as extraction reagent of plant pigment,overcomed some problems of measurement method for superoxide anion radical in plant,and enhanced the accuracy,reproducibility and comparability.
