Ag-Sn体系的平衡凝聚相为液体(L)；富含Ag的fcc（Ag）固溶体，最大Sn溶解度为11.5 at.%；无序的 cph 相，(~)；正交短程有序 Ag3Sn 相，(s)；富锡 bct (fiSh) 相，Ag 溶解度非常有限；和(aSn)低于13~评估的Ag-Sn相图如图1所示。相界坐标列于表1。
The equilibrium condensed phases of the Ag-Sn system are the liquid,(L); the Ag-rich fcc (Ag) solid solution, with a maximum 11.5 at.% Sn solubility; the disordered cph phase,(~); the orthorhombic short-range ordered Ag3Sn phase,(s); the Sn-rich bct (fiSh) phase, with very limited Ag solubility; and (aSn) below 13~ The assessed Ag-Sn phase diagram is shown in Fig. 1. The coordinates of the phase boundaries are listed in Table 1.
