Low-temperature interband magnetoabsorption spectra have been obtained for a range of MBE-grown epitaxial InAs1-xSbx alloy layers. The field dependence of the spectral minima has been fitted within the Pidgeon and Brown model to determine a full set of band parameters. In particular a direct determination is made of the energy gap Eg, and the valence-conduction band interaction matrix element Ep. Good agreement is obtained with recent cyclotron resonance measurements of the conduction band mass. The alloy ordering effects result in a pronounced drop in mobility in the mid-alloy range together with a large bowing in the bandgap. The momentum matrix elements also show bowing across the alloy range. Fair agreement is obtained with alloy disorder models.
