从云南三宝木（Trigonostemon xyphophylloides）中分离得到两种新的瑞香烷型二萜类化合物（1和2）以及四种已知类似物（3 - 6）。通过光谱分析确定了它们的结构。对化合物1和2进行了针对SPCA - 1（人肺癌）和BEL - 7402（人肝细胞癌）癌细胞系的体外细胞毒性活性评估。云南三宝木素I（2）对两种肿瘤细胞系显示出适度的细胞毒性。（C）2012由爱思唯尔有限公司出版
Two new daphnane diterpenoids (1 and 2), together with four known analogues (3-6) were isolated from Trigonostemon xyphophylloides. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for in vitro cytotoxic activities against the SPCA-1 (human lung cancer) and BEL-7402 (human hepatocellular carcinoma) cancer cell lines. Trigoxyphin I (2) showed modest cytotoxicity against two tumor cell lines. (C) 2012 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
