The large-scale engineering projects of clusters is different from programmed of engineering,and it represents a new trend in the domain of construction.The article summarizes the characteristics of the large-scale engineering projects of clusters,selects its management parameters from five dimensions relating to time,space,information,resources and goals based on the slaving principle in synergetic's,and builds its cooperative management pattern to provide direction about theoretical study and practical operation.
