[目的]优选云南松松果中莽草酸的最佳提取工艺。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验优化云南松松果中莽草酸的提取工艺。[结果]最佳提取工艺为:甲醇80%,料液比1:40,提取次数2次,每次提取20 min。【结论】提取工艺简单、稳定、高效。
[Objective] To select the optimal extraction process for shikimic acid from the PINECONE of Pinus yunnanensis Franch.[Method]On the basis of single factor test,the extraction process of shikimic acid in the PINECONE of Pinus yunnanensis Franch was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test.[Result]The optimal extraction process was as follows:80% methanol,1:40 solid-liquid ratio,2 extraction times and 20 min for each extraction.[Conclusion] The extraction process was simple,stable and efficient.
