Changes of Precipitation Characters Along Weihe Basin in 50 Years and Its Influence on Water Resources

在长期水文观测记录的基础上，以黄河最大支流渭河为例，讨论了月~年降水特征的变化规律。在分析渭河流域水资源变化的基础上，分析了渭河流域水资源变化的动因，指出降水减少和人类活动的影响是渭河流域水资源减少的最直接、最重要的原因。
Based on the long hydrological observation records,the precipitation characters ranged from months to decades and its variations′regularities were discussed by taking example of Weihe River—the largest tributary of Yellow River.According to the analysison the changes of water resources,the motivation of changes was analyzed,and it was pointed out that: The decrease of precipitation and the influence of human activities are the most direct and important reasons for the decrease of water resources in Weihe Basin.
