An 18-year-old male patient was referred to our hospital with complaint of blurred vision for 2 weeks. Cranial MRI revealed a mass (4.0 cm × 3.0 cm × 3.0 cm) of the third ventricle with obstructive hydrocephalus (Fig. 1). There was no relevant family history and no past history of other significant diseases. General laboratory investigations were within normal limits. Chest X-ray and abdominal ultrasonography did not show any abnormalities. The mass was totally excised. No radiotherapy and chemotherapy was performed after the operation. The patient died 5 months later.
