英语专业八级考试作为我国一项突出的考试，已经受到了广泛的关注。国内外对英语专业八级考试质量的研究很多。然而，很少有研究者对英语专业八级考试进行全面的评价。因此，本文试图从一个更全面的角度来分析英语专业八级考试，并提供更多关于英语专业八级考试质量的信息。本文以Bachman和Palmer的考试有用性模式为基础，从信度、结构效度、真实性、交互性、影响力和实用性等方面对英语专业八级考试进行了评述，以期对考试开发者有所启示。
As a prominent test in China, TEM8 has already been paid much attention to. There are many researches about the qualities of TEM8 at home and abroad. However, few of them have a comprehensive evaluation of TEM8. Therefore, this article attempts to analyze TEM8 in a more comprehensive perspective and provide more information about the qualities of TEM8. Based on Bachman & Palmer’s mode of test usefulness, this article reviews TEM8 in terms of its reliability, construct validity, authenticity, interactiveness, impact and practicality, giving implication to test developers.
