Cardiovascular protective functions of bamboo shoot angiotensin. Converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory :peptide (BSP) from bamboo shoot Were evaluated, including antihypertensive effect on spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) an antihyperlipidemic effect on :high-fat-diet-induced rats.
