THE designation of this disease indicates at once that its pathological nature, as well as its aetiology, is still unknown. Being usually fatal, ‘malignant granuloma ’ is fortunately uncommon, although it is possible that additional cases have been reported under another name. We think it desirable to give an account of the clinical and pathological findings in another case which presented unusual and possibly significant features.
