Rollover is a typical risk caused by vehicle product defects.In this paper,a simulation model is built by using ADAMS and the vehicle rollover process is simulated for studying the mechanism of the accident.Through DOE analysis,the relationship between rollover risk and its key affecting factors is discussed.
