This Summary describes the D.C. Office of the Inspector General’s review of the emergency response efforts provided by District agencies and hospital personnel in light of applicable policies and procedures. The OIG is providing this Summary in lieu of the full report in accordance with the exemptions provided in the District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act (D.C.
