The environmental problems brought by the high-speed development of small medium￣sized enterprises can not be ignored. In order to carry out the sustainable development and protect the environment, SME must make environmental technology innovation. While the market cannot assign the environmental resource effectively, the government should support SME in such repects as law, policy and tax to stimulate SME in environmental technology innovation.
