从千里光中分离得到12个化合物，分别鉴定为：琥珀酸(1)、对羟基肉桂酸(2)、羟基苯甲酸(3)、p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(4)，4-hydroxy-3-acetyl-benzoic酸(5)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、山奈酚(7)、栎素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(8)、芦丁(9)、栎素-3-O-β-D-鼠李糖苷(10)。胡萝卜苷(11)和α-羟基二十四烷酸(12)，均为首次从乳酸菌中分离得到。
Twelve compounds were isolated from the herb of Senecio laetus and identified as:succinic acid(1),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(2),hydroxybenzoic acid(3),p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(4),4-hydroxy-3-acetyl-benzoic acid(5),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(6),kaempferol(7),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(8),rutin(9),quercetin-3-O-β-D-rhamnoside(10),daucosterol(11) and α-hydroxytetracosanoic acid(12).All compounds were obtained from S.laetus for the first time.
