Here we carry out a mathematical analysis using thermodynamical structures. We study Smoluchowski-ODE systems with negative chemotaxis, parabolic systems with non-local term, Hamiltonian formalism for the Lotka-Volterra and Gierer-Meinhardt systems, where the spatially homogeneous part controls the asymptotic behavior of the solution.
