Within the framework of HQET, Λb→Λcτν¯τ and Ωb→Ω(∗)cτν¯τ weak decays are studied to the order of 1/mc and 1/mb. Helicity amplitudes are written down. Relevant Isgur-Wise functions given by QCD sum rule and large Nc methods are applied in the numerical analysis. The baryonic R-ratios R(Λc) and R(Ω(∗)c) are obtained.
