Research question: Which factors are related to early spontaneous miscarriage in IVF-conceived clinical pregnancies?Design: A total of 21,485 clinical pregnancies were included in the analysis. First, early spontaneous miscarriage rates were compared among different groups according to female age, body mass index (BMI), number of previous miscarriages, infertility diagnosis and type and cycle characteristics. Then, the spontaneous miscarriage rate in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), uterus malformation and endometriosis was compared with that in patients with male factor infertility alone.
