2006年6月，东海大学东京医院开创了抗衰老健康检查（先进的“ningen dock”），这是大学医院的一项开创性服务。普通的健康检查和全面的健康检查侧重于二级预防，目的是发现潜在的疾病，从而能够早期治疗。抗衰老医学认识到衰老是不可避免的，是疾病最重要的危险因素，并认为衰老是疾病的前兆。因此，抗衰老医学是医学科学的一个分支，旨在避免或减少问题发生之前，也与初级预防密切相关。抗衰老健康检查包括在普通健康检查或全面健康检查中没有进行的各种测试，并根据测试结果提供适当和详细的医疗干预。具体而言，提供改善生活方式的指导，包括饮食习惯和运动。我们的目标是健康长寿，使人们能够享受人道，长期和健康的日常生活，而不是简单地延长实际年龄1，2）。在开展抗衰老健康体检的同时，为了收集数据以证实建立抗衰老健康体检的有效性，我们对在我院进行一般健康体检的受检者进行了问卷调查，以评估他们的健康意识以及对抗衰老医学和抗衰老健康体检的认知和兴趣程度。原创文章
In June 2006, the Tokai University Tokyo Hospital initiated an anti-aging health check-up (advanced type of “ningen dock”), a pioneering service for the University Hospital. Ordinary health screening and thorough health check-ups focus on secondary prevention, aiming to detect latent diseases and thereby enable early treatment. Anti-aging medicine recognizes that aging is unavoidable and is the most significant risk factor for disease, and considers aging as a precursor of disease. Thus, anti-aging medicine is a branch of medical science that aims to avoid or reduce problems before they occur, and is also closely related to primary prevention. Anti-aging health check-ups include various tests not conducted in an ordinary health check-up or thorough health checkup, and appropriate and detailed medical intervention is provided based on the test results. Specifically, guidance is provided on improving lifestyle including dietary habit and exercise. The goal is a healthy longevity that enables people to enjoy a humane, long, and healthy daily life instead of simply extending actual age 1, 2). In initiating these anti-aging health check-ups, to collect data to confirm the validity of establishing anti-aging health check-ups, we carried out a questionnaire survey on the recipients of a general health check-up at our hospital to assess their awareness of health and the degree of awareness and interest in anti-aging medicine as well as anti-aging health check-ups.
