Psoriasis is characterized by epidermal hyperplasia and imperfect keratinization. It was thought that the psoriatic epidermal cell characterized as hyperproliferative in vivomight behave similarly in vitro.Tissue culture technics available to study this possibility are single cell suspension and organ culture methods (1, 2, 3). The former using psoriatic epidermal cells has not been successful to date in our hands.
