In this paper,La 0.66 x Li 3x TiO 2.993 (x≤0.11) series oxides were synthesized hydrothermally.The crystallite products were characterized by mean of XRD,IR,SEM,XPS and ICP.The results indicated that the product with cubic perovskitr type structure has a particle size in the range of 100～800nm with agglomeration to a certain extent.The preliminary results of the elemental analysis and the effect of Li/La on the synthesis indicated that the Li content was about three times of x in the products.
