By virtue of a Reilly type integral formula associated with affine connections, we obtain a Colesanti type inequality. As an application, the Minkowski type and Heintze–Karcher type inequalities are provided. On the other hand, we also consider eigenvalue problem for Wentzell boundary conditions and achieve some relationships between the first nonzero eigenvalue of Wentzell boundary conditions and the first nonzero eigenvalue of Laplacian acting on functions on the boundary.
