Using an order-theoretic approach, a novel achievable rate region is obtained for the $K$-receiver discrete memoryless broadcast channel with two nested messages, one message desired by all receivers and the other desired by a subset of the receivers. When specialized to the combination network this inner bound is shown to achieve the capacity region when all but two receivers desire both messages.
