目的：本指南旨在为从事食管癌诊断和治疗的医生提供以下目的：(1)在高度重视循证医学（EBM）原则的基础上，提出食管癌诊断和治疗的标准做法；(2)提高治疗的安全性和效果，从而减少不同机构之间治疗效果的差异；（三）减少不必要的成本和努力；(4)帮助人们在没有焦虑的情况下接受治疗。
PurposeThese guidelines are intended for doctors who are engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal carcinoma, for the following purposes:(1) to present the standard practice for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal carcinoma with a high regard for the principles of evidence-based medicine (EBM);(2) to improve the safety and results of treatment, thereby reducing the difference in treatment results among different institutions;(3) to reduce unnecessary costs and efforts;(4) help enable people to undergo treatment without anxiety.
