Abstract Let λ 1,…, λ 4 be non-zero real numbers satisfying that λ 1/λ 2 is irrational and algebraic, and η be a real number. In this note we prove that for any ϵ> 0 has infinitely many solutions in p 1, p 2, p 3, p 4. This gives an improvement of an earlier result.
