: The study investigated the agronomic constraints among rice farmers under the MiDA in the Hohoe Municipality. Primary data was collected from 120 farmers from 4 beneficiary towns while secondary data was gathered from literatures and various organizations. Multistage random sampling technique was used to select the respondents. Obtained data were analyzed using Kendall’s coefficient of concordance. Results showed that the five topmost constraints faced by farmers include: poor climatic conditions, high incidence of pests, poor yield, high cost of inputs and problem of poor milling equipment
