N eurolymphomatosis (NL) is a rare manifestation of lymphoma in which peripheral nerve involvement is a dominant feature, both clinically and pathologically. NL may occur in isolation or may be associated with systemic or primary CNS lymphoma [1]. Most cases of NL were reported before the advent of MR imaging. and as a result descriptions of its appearance on MR images are scarce. We describe a case of ML with bilateral brachial plexus involvement and discuss the MR imaging findings.
