目的比较子宫腺肌病患者和非子宫腺肌症患者子宫底部和峡部交界区催产素受体在增殖期和分泌期的表达。设计前瞻性实验研究。建立三级妇科医学中心。人口29例子宫腺肌病患者(增殖期15例，分泌期14例)和非子宫腺肌病患者27例(增殖期15例，分泌期12例)。结果增生期子宫峡部催产素受体表达明显高于增生期，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
ObjectiveTo compare the expression of oxytocin receptor in the uterine junctional zone of the fundus and isthmus in the proliferative and secretory phases in women with and without adenomyosis.DesignExperimental prospective clinical study.SettingTertiary gynecologic medical center.PopulationTwenty-nine women with adenomyosis (15 in proliferative phase, 14 in secretory phase) and 27 women without adenomyosis (15 in proliferative phase, 12 in secretory phase).MethodsSamples from the uterine fundus and isthmus were obtained at hysterectomy.
