本研究では, 滋賀県高島市朽木地域に伝承されてきた地域資源である発酵食品の 「へしこ」 を題材としたワークショップ (WS) を実施, 話し合われた内容や話題の流れを可視化し把握することで, 地域資源であるへしこが持つ食料と技術, コミュニケーションツールとしての価値が現在, 地域住民にどのように捉えられているか把握するとともに, WS の効果を考察することを目的とした.
